Focus Leadership, LLC., was founded by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark W. Kiefaber with the mission to accelerate the development of whole and balanced leaders. Their unique backgrounds combine business best practices with western science, psychology, and counseling, the eastern practices of Zen and martial arts, and an extensive history of delivering world class leadership programs and executive coaching. Their integrated perspective inspired the creation of the Focus Energy Balance Indicator (FEBI), which is based on the Coordination Patterns work of Betsy Wetzig and provides a profound understanding of four energy patterns that emerge in movement, thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Bob Caron is an executive coach with a specialty in movement sciences, and brings a strong background in counseling, business, and integrated eastern traditions. Anthony Attan has recently joined the Focus team and brings a strong history in transforming sales performance, leadership and industrial-organizational pychology. Together Focus Leadership is committed to bringing this integrated perspective to its work helping leaders uncover their whole and balanced potential, propser amidst increasing business and world challenges, and move to greatness.
