Focus Leadership, LLC., was founded by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark W. Kiefaber with the mission to accelerate the development of whole and balanced leaders. Their unique backgrounds combine best business practices with science, psychology, counseling, and deep, physical training in Zen and martial arts. They have more than 45 years of combined experience delivering world-class leadership programs and executive coaching. Their integrated perspective inspired the creation of the Focus Energy Balance Indicator (FEBI), which is based on the Coordination Patterns work of Betsy Wetzig, and provides a profound understanding of the energy patterns underlying personality. Rounding out the team is Anthony Attan, an industrial-organizational psychologist and FEBI-certified coach, who has led FEBI research efforts. He also brings a strong history and interest in transforming the performance of sales teams and strengthening virtual teams.
