No Energy Styles--What Does this Mean?

I am reviewing the FEBI reports for the first team I will work with--tomorrow! In one of the reports, under "primary style" and "backup style", nothing is indicated.  I am not sure how to interpret this. The person's preferences were all "low", with the exception of the organizer pattern, which was "moderate". It would seem that no pattern was strong enough to elicit a combination of patterns to make up a style. What would be the best way to approach this in terms of speaking to the lack of style  and what this might mean for this person? The work behavior preferences are quite different, with quite a balanced mix of energy patterns being used throughout. It's almost as if two different people completed these two portions of the assessment!

Yes, when patterns score in the low range (or very low), we say the person probably doesn't make much use of them in their working styles. Low energy overall could be someone who is generally low key, or possibly somewhat depressed. The Work Behaviors part of the FEBI can give a different picture because it forces people to make choices, and they cannot give everything a low or high score. I would talk with the person around the behaviors in their top 5 and bottom 5 and ask if that's a good match for their life and work at present. Or, if there is something they need to emphasize more, guide them toward what pattern would help them most.
