Become FEBI™ Certified

The Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™) is a professional assessment tool only available through the Focus Leadership online assessment center. Only FEBI Certified Users are authorized to purchase the assessment at a discounted rate for use with their clients. FEBI Certification Sessions are offered to professional coaches and other development professionals twice yearly in a web-based platform, as well as live in 2-day training sessions available to groups.

Web-based Certification Program

You asked for it - You got it! Our web-based certification program is designed to give you an interactive and engaging experience wherever you are in the world. We will guide you through 4 sessions lasting 2 hours each that include:

• engaging presentations on the energy patterns and how to use the right energy at the right time
• interactive dialogue that keeps you engaged and learning from instructors and peers
• prework and inter-session homework that will allow you to get comfortable coaching and using the tools on your own time and at your own pace
• practice in coaching individuals with the FEBI, working with a team of your choice, and designing programs around specific FEBI applications to gain the experience needed to integrate the FEBI into your practice

Live Certification Program

There's nothing like being face-to-face with a trainer who knows how to energize a room. If you're part of company or group of trainers, teachers or coaches and would to get a number of people FEBI certified, contact us about aranging a  live FEBI Certification Program, tailored to your group.  We also periodically offer open enrollment certification sessions; contact us if you'd like to be notified of our next session. Our in-person program covers similar content as in our web-based certification, but we pack it into 2 days for a high energy immersion experience where you'll get a chance to:

• get up and move with us - engage with the instructors - experience the energy 
• try out your FEBI coaching, consulting, and design ideas live with a group, and receive feedback
• apply the FEBI to the most relevant opportunities you face
• deepen your relationships with known colleagues or build out your network with new ones 

What it costs

It's FREE - No, really! We provide the training free when you purchase, in advance, 20 FEBI assessments at the discount rate for FEBI Certified professionals of $70 each. Approximately 3-8 assessments will be used in the training itself - depending on the size of the team you choose to work with during the training. The remaining assessments are yours to use with your clients and teams once you're certified. A $100 deposit (up to 6 weeks prior to the training) is all that's required to reserve your spot. For web-based certifications, half of the FEBI cost ($700 USD total) is due by the training start date, with the other half due by the end of the training.  For live certification programs conducted over 2 days, the total cost of the FEBI's ($1400 USD) is required by the start of the session.
