Our Process... Over a 6-month coaching engagement we focus on:
- Context: Understanding our clients' context, their leadership situation, and who they are as people.
- Goals: Clarifying our client's near- and longer-term goals
- Facts: Understanding their current reality through interviews, the FEBI and other instruments; working with our clients to identify the 1-3 most important areas to focus on
- Action: Developing a practical plan for addressing key areas that includes integrative practices for sustainable change
- Support: Providing providing counsel, feedback, accountability, and a sounding board for learning
- Outcomes: Assessing the results and learnings of the coaching experience.
