What is the Mini-FEBI?
The Mini-FEBI is an abbreviated version of the full Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™). The FEBI gives insight into one's personality in terms of four basic energy patterns linking mind, body and behaviors. The FEBI helps individuals, as well as teams and organizations, learn to access the right energy at the right time.
The Mini-FEBI, while not having the psychometric rigor of the full instrument, is designed to give you a peek into the possibilities of your most preferred pattern - i.e., your "Home" pattern - as well as the one you use least, which is identified as a potential "Risk Area".
