What is the Mini-FEBI?
The Mini-FEBI is an abbreviated version of the full Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™). The FEBI gives insight into one's personality in terms of four basic energy patterns linking mind, body and behaviors. The FEBI helps individuals, as well as teams and organizations, learn to access the right energy at the right time.
The Mini-FEBI, being somewhat - well... smaller - and not having the full rigor of a psychometric instrument, is designed to give you a peak into the possibilities of your most preferred pattern - the one we call "Home", as well as the one you go to the least - which we identify as a potential "Risk Area".
