The FCI™ (Focus Climate Indicator*) measures the climate or "personality" of a team in terms of four energy patterns related to the personality and behaviors of its members. It also connects to research around the essential elements of a fully engaging climate, showing how the factors needed for engagement relate to these same four patterns. In addition to showing which patterns dominate in the existing climate, the FCI identifies potential weak pattern(s) and ways to strengthen them. Team members will also see how their individual strengths can best support a healthy climate and high performance.

When a team is committed to top performance, it has to understand the interpersonal dynamics and overall climate that affect team engagement.
